- Freight:
- All prices are FOB LaVergne, TN USA. Orders ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. FedEx International Economy Service & DHL may be available for certain International Shipments. Larger shipments sent “best way” via common carriers or using customers own carrier.
- Return Policy:
- Dye based inks are guaranteed for 2 years from date of manufacture. Pigment based inks are guaranteed for 1 year from date of manufacture. Every ink manufactured has its own unique lot code provided on all product labels. Returns will not be accepted without an approved Return Authorization.
